I think your job can be made a lot easier by the school you teach in and the people you teach with!
I work within a team of gifted and like-minded colleagues and I am daily humbled by their wisdom, skills and love for the boys.
They are a real encouragement as is the support we receive to conduct Christian ministry from the school council and executive of the school. Having a committed Christian as our school principal is a tremendous privilege and help.
If you are thinking about school chaplaincy or Christian Studies teaching in years to come, my number one piece of advice is look and pray for a great team of co-workers and a good and committed Christian as school Principal.
